MAIL ORDER & INTERNET PURCHASE 
The dolls we have listed on our website are a just a small part of our large collection.
We have placed a photograph and a description with each item. Once a payment received, the
item is placed on hold. Once the payments have cleared the items are shipped. Items listed
are sold on the "First come, First Serve" basis. Items can be placed on hold for
any person who contacts Hatton's Gallery. Feel free to contact us either by e-mail @ info@hattonsgallery.com or by telephone (860) 684-4156.
Shipping costs vary, but usually start at approximately $5.00 a doll. Smaller
items will be sent U.S. Priority Mail. Dolls/Merchandise may be returned within 3 business days for a
full refund less shipping and handling expenses. There is a $20.00
restocking fee on returned items. Dolls/Merchandise must be returned in the same manner
and in the same condition as sent.
LAYAWAY TERMS
Layaway is available for up to one year depending on the price of the doll and prices are
firm on all layaway purchases. Regular monthly payments must be made. If a payment is
missed there is a 30 day grace period during which the account must be brought up to date.
If the account is not brought up to date, or if another payment is missed during the
course of the layaway, the layaway will be cancelled. There are 30 days to select an item
or items of equal value to the amount paid. If a selection is not made, the layaway will
be cancelled and the full deposit plus 50% of the payments made will be forfeited.
LAYAWAY RETURNS
Payments made on dolls placed on layaway are non refundable. If you should change your
mind or decide to return the purchased item(s), all payments received will be applied as
credit toward other items listed on the website.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Hatton's Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check, Cashiers Check, & Money
Orders.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
Items purchased by Credit Card will be marked HOLD until the card has been approved and
then shipped.
PERSONAL CHECKS
Items purchased by personal check will be placed on HOLD for up to 10 days while we await
bank clearance for payment. Upon receipt of payment, items will be marked SOLD and then
shipped.
MONEY ORDERS / CASHIERS CHECKS
Items purchased by Money Order or Cashiers Check will be marked on HOLD and held for seven
(7) days while we await the receipt of payment. Upon receipt of payment, items will be
marked SOLD and then shipped.(For orders outside the United States please send the funds
in International USA Money Orders) If payment is not received within seven (7) days,
purchase items will be relisted as available without notification. If payment is then
received items will be marked SOLD.
ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SALE
CT 6% Sales Tax will be added to the purchase price of dolls shipped to residents of CT
unless a valid resale number is provided. There is a $20.00 fee for returned
checks. Items listed on the website do change. Items may be listed on the website which
are no longer available, we try our best to keep the site current and up to date. Some
